changed over
when will i be using my esim with smarty. you pac. i spoke to o2 and told them i no longer need them. so when will my number come over to you.

thank you for putting me right, smarty as pac code, and its been cancelled with o2 thay gave me pac code i then filled the form to keep my number. again thank you.

When you applied to bring over your number, you completed a form online using your PAC code from O2, correct? You should have been sent a confirmation email and the changeover should normally happen by the end of the next business day.
