No Whatsapp compatability
Does Smarty have issues with users accessing Whatsapp? I have just got a Smarty SIM in my existing LG phone and moved from GiffGaff. I got my mother a new Samsung Galaxy phone and got a Smarty SIM fo...
Issue sorted by going to connections then mobile networks and manually selecting SMARTY instead of the automatic selection setting . Did this on both phones and issue is resolved.
Just Google do smarty users have problems verifying WhatsApp.

majority can’t verify WhatsApp.
please fix this . As the data allowance is superbly cheap . Or the other ( calls and texts ) we can get on any other provider .
CHEAP has to equate to WORKS .
