Hello PieterSan_30971 . The problem is, does the fault lie with smarty or with O2? Have either of you had the same problem calling people on other networks recently?

That's the crux of the matter...and I don't have an answer.
It only happens (every time) my wife calls me. It's fine when I call her, or she calls other people. I am still puzzled!
