Incoming call list

I see thanks, but that doesn't work for me because I am checking another phone (my young daughter's) that I am managing. This is why I am using the smarty app and why I am asking here. There I can see only the calls made, but not the calls received (and the same applies to my phone).
Now at least I understand the confusion and we were talking about different apps 😄
Andrea_154742 The only way that you will be able to see incoming calls is on the relevant phone itself and not via the app. I agree with SmartyTrousers here.
Andrea_154742 Ok, in that case, I'm not aware of any mobile network that enables the customer to view a log of the incoming calls to the mobile number.
And if they did, the network wouldn't have any visibility of calls that have come in via an app such as WhatsApp or Facetime.
