Hi ZenovA, thanks for your help here but no. I set up a new APN as per the website but when I connect to the router I still get "connected, no internet connection" I checked the router APN details again and get the correct address but only WiFi showing (nothing else). Could it be the SIM? If not I'll have to try another router.
William_4087169 Can you factory reset the router? (e.g. paperclip pressed into tiny hole in the box) I say this because my home router would not allow a new appliance through to the internet but a reset sorted it.

Hi ZenovA, did a reset on my router, checked the APN but just getting the same message "connected, no internet". Reading through other chats seems there are quite a few problems. Probably just have to cancel my account for the time being. But thanks for your help.
