Customer services /web chat is a joke

I'm just wondering - do you think that they do not really understand the nature of your request to simply set the voicemail to default original greeting? (I'm assuming that I've understood it correctly!)
Another thing to try.......raise it as a complaint where you will get a chance to put in writing what you want.
I I did put it in writing when I spoke to the agent. I kept it simple and explained it all. I simply asked if they can turn my answer phone on, still isn’t !!
