I think you need to contact a Smarty Agent (see link below). They should be able to help with PUK and/or Pac codes

Strandloper is spot on, you need to contact Smarty directly.
For security reasons, PUK codes are unique to each user / each phone number, so it would not be a good idea to make either your phone number or PUK code public.

Santiag_1582902 Firstly, are you sure that it's a PUK code you need to unlock your sim? This would happen after you enter the wrong PIN code too many times. Please see : https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1159752-getting-and-using-a-puk-code
The only way to get a PUK code is via the agents and so you may need to be patient until they answer.
