Problems on iPhone 14, not receiving calls.

Problem with iPhone 14.

Wife can make calls from her iPhone 14 OK. But when someone tries to phone her they hear 3 bleeps them silence. Apple have run diagnostics on phone and it is OK, Apple have also checked the settings on her phone and carried out a network setting reset, still unable to receive calls!  Any ideas of cause of problem please?
