Potential Three Vodafone merger

Interesting to hear this morning that the announcement of a merger of Three and Vodafone is imminent.

Will be interesting to see what effect that has on branding, and the implications for Smarty and Voxi.

        Chalkychap Might think of buying some shares...I guess they'll only take crypto-currency though!!🙄

    Apparently, merger discussions have been going on for many months now, so the respective marketing teams have had plenty of time to think about branding, and the in-house MVNO offshoots. 

    The UK's CMA may yet block, or impose restrictions, on the 'deal'. If you believe press reports, the merged organisation would be 51% owned by Vodafone, and 49% owned by Three UK.
