Poor or non existent connection

Is anyone else experiencing problems with making and receiving calls since the merger

i have contacted Smarty 6 times now and nothing has changed  despite various suggestions from their staff.

so dissatisfied and disappointed in the service, they do not appear to do anything about the problem
