Support just brings up FAQ's to my surprise links on here bounce all over the place,
I am trying to reactivate my account with a new sim I have purchased, or failing that I wish to delete this old account and start from new..
how do I do this?

Forum members can't access customer accounts, AboveAndBeyond. However, SMARTY customer service may be able to delete an old account, but I'd guess you'd need to go through some security checks in order to do so, AboveAndBeyond.
Contact the support team at https://smarty.co.uk/contact, then scroll down to "Start a conversation".
The advisers work until 8pm everyday.
