Phone number not completely changed over
Ive been with smarty for over a month now and my phone number has not changed over completely. I am currently using my own phone number as it did migrate over but when i send someone an sms message they receive it from the smarty sim card number and dont know who i am. When they send me a message it comes through fine and if i ring the smarty sim number it is not recognised. How do i get my original phone number to show up to receiptients on an sms.

JaneSte_4329332 For the SMS issue, this is common because the phone registers the temporary SMARTY number with Google RCS or iMessage, and then does not check the number after your phone number has completed porting. I don't know what phone you are using, you can search for the solution in this community or Google, but I'll give two posts to read depending on your OS.

iPhone: Phone settings displaying wrong number | SMARTY CommunityCalling the temporary SMARTY number would do nothing, as it has been disconnected after your port until someone else needs a new/temporary number. I will assume calling your own number is fine.
