How to switch to an offer better than my current one
I’m currently on a SIM only deal with SMARTY, but I have seen a deal where I can get more data for the same amount of money. How can I switch over to that promotional SIM deal?

MarkJoh_3667113 I will assume it is those offers you see on the deal sites like Uswitch. They are meant for new users, and clicking the link will take you to a page with no option to apply it to an existing account. However, you can contact support and tell them the promo plan you want to switch to, and they will set your account to change to the new plan on your next renewal. I have done this twice with no issues.
