phone cut off
I have my phone number cut off though I can use the internet, I've paid bill so have little idea why. I've looked where to contact you but can't find the 24 hour chat, can you direct me how to fix the problem.

Log in to your Account Dashboard to check that there is no obvious problem - if you can use internet, then you should have a current Smarty plan.
Check Network Status to see if there is a local mast problem for calls.
