Hi , I have problem to access to adults contents. I paid 1 pound to unblock the service but nothing happened… what can I do?

And what if SMARTY takes it upon themselves to go behind your back and turn it back on, apparently just because they feel like it. I've already used my ID to turn it off once. I check my settings today and smarty has turned it back on, despite never being asked to...

If you’d like to turn off the adult content filter, you’ll need a valid credit card (not a debit card) to verify you're over 18, which Smarty validate by taking a £1 transaction and immediately refunding it.
Or, via the Smarty app:
Select You > Account Settings > Content and device settings

If you don't a credit card, don't worry. Please get in touch with Smarty via web chat where we'll just need to confirm you're over 18 through receipt of valid photo ID such as a Passport or Driving Licence.
