Barbara_4354807 This might be a porting issue that only they can fix. As this article says, you should contact support and have them create a ticket to resolve the issue. If needed, you can also raise a complaint if it takes too long, as it took me 2 months for the issue to be fixed for me.

Hi yes I’ve done all this and still unable to use my phone or txt messages. The chat line says my phone should be up and running by the end of today and try turning my phone off and on again and still nothing. My daughter has Smarty no trouble whatsoever from start to finish that’s why I changed now I’m not so sure

Barbara_4354807 If this is an issue with porting in your number, it may be down to the previous network not cooperating correctly.

Did you get service when you first activated your sim and had a random number allocated?

Having an identical issue, WiFi calling and texts work, network status alternates between problem and normal, click it once to check normal, click again issue in area, no signal shown either but calls working over WiFi and not network

Barbara_4354807 You really haven't given us enough information for anyone to really help you.

You started an account - when you log into your account, does the Account Dashboard show a number for your sim and also a current Smarty plan?

Have you completed a Coverage check to see if there should be a decent signal in your area?

Have you completed a Network Status check to see if there is any local mast problem?
