I have requested a pac code on 290224 and followed up via text and the bot. Giving all requested info but still no pac code.
I sent the request to 65075.

How did you request the PAC code ?
You simply text “PAC” to 65075 and will receive the PAC code within 60 seconds, as I did earlier this morning, to transfer a number to Smarty.
NB - You don’t need the quotation marks in your text, so just send PAC to the aforementioned 65075.
