PAC code

Hi I’ve recently moved on to smarty and put my pac code in to keep my old number. I’ve put the pac code in but my number hasn’t transferred over.

    It will depend upon when you put in the code. It should normally transfer the number by 5pm on the next business day i.e. put it in on Monday and it should transfer by end of Tuesday.

    Submitting your PAC doesn't mean your number will transfer immediately.

    SMARTY will send you an email and SMS with the date for your number transfer ElaineL_1972685 - did you receive these communications?

    I'd suggest you use the web chat service at https://smarty.co.uk/contact, so that the support team can look at your SMARTY account. The team are available 8am - 8pm everyday.
