I have just read a few threads with similar problem to me .I keep sending PAC with my dob and keep getting the same msg back to re send? ''your almost there -we just need PAC & dob" TIA

If that still does not work, a web chat with Smarty Support is necessary.
I have done the PAC & DOB to 65075 around 15 times and keep getting the same msg back...'Almost there!' we just need the word PAC & DOB .Driving me crazy....
