PAC code not activated

Hi I gave the pc code and was due to switch yesterday but then said it's expired before changing? Pac code says 20 days left so I re entered it and now says Monday? Thank you. Brad.

    BradGel_3442229 It may be because numbers do not transfer over the weekend.

      Nah it was scheduled for Friday

        BradGel_3442229 You could query it with Smarty Support via web chat. For whatever reason it didn't go through yesterday, the next opportunity is still Monday due to weekend.
