Outage in Sussex

Two full days without the ability to make voice calls (wifi calling also doesn't work). Multiple other people on local forums with same issue and my wife's phone on three is the same.

I've had a text saying I've got voicemail but can't access it!

What's going on, when will this be fixed?

    ChrisM  As we are only forum members - customers like you - we cannot say.

    If Three network has a problem, then Smarty is also likely to suffer as it runs on that network.

      MSF- thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure if there were any Smarty/Three staff on these forums who could provide an update as Three/Smarty aren't putting out any updates aywhere else and this has been a major outage for 3 days now.

        ChrisM  While there are staff members on here as moderators, in my experience they do not have access to that type of information.
