OTP SMS from Italy while in London
Good morning,
I am extremely frustrated that I can't receive OTP (One Time Password) SMS from my bank in Italy and most recently for a service I subscribed to.
I live in London and cant seem to receive these OTP from banks and other services.
has anyone experience this and found a solution.

I am not sure where to find/change my plan.MarioSi_1577855 You don't need to change your standard Smarty plan. If you log in to your Account Dashboard, -
https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard - you will see the opportunity to deal with add-ons for your account.
The Smarty plan covers all UK calls, texts, and an amount of data - the add-on covers anything like international calls, specials non-standard numbers etc.
Definitely worth looking at the Price Guide:
MarioSi_1577855 I think that to receive an international sms may be a chargeable item and require you to have some add on credit on your account.
Price Guide p13 explains it and I wonder if this is the cause of the problem.
