one particular number goes to voicemail
hi recently when my son phones me his call immdiately goes to my smarty voice mail but this does not happens when my wife phones me Ive check quite a few of the settings unable to see any thing which is out of the ordinary?

briang_3060404 Check that you haven't accidentally blocked your son. Also, check whether you have some sort of selective call forwarding that sends your son's calls to SMARTY's voicemail number.
Other than that, see if support can help you out with any phone settings, and also check if there is an issue on their end.
