How long does it take transfer your old number to the smarty sim . I've been waiting since 4pm on Tues

You should have had both an email and a text message with your porting date.
The details will also be in the Smarty app.
I myself ported my number to Smarty last Friday, 2nd June, and my number successfully ported across on Monday of this week, 5th June, around 11 AM.
I also received both an email and a text message telling me that my number had successfully ported across to Smarty.
MikeJam_2098178 When you applied to move the number, were you not given a date for the transfer? Normally, if you order before 5pm on a working day, you should expect it to happen by 5pm on the next working day
