Number ported over but iPhone still has no t registered it

I changed my network from Giff Gaff to Smarty due to WiFi calling.  I ported my number over from Giff Gaff which has been successful however if I go into settings > phone it says my number is the smarty number and not the ported number.   It is now telling me I only have 22 day left using the ported number for iMessages etc . Can someone help please.  It’s an iPhone 12 mini.

    Hi DawnMcA_2357539 please try the following to update the number:

     

    1. Go to Settings > Phone > My Number, and make sure the right number is showing. If it isn't, please update the number.
    2. Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and tick/untick the correct number
    3. Go to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
    4. Restart your device.
