No Signal Abroad
My sim worked well abroad. After 5 month with no plan, Smarty paused my service without notification. I updated plan and my plan reactivated. However, no signal right now. How can I fix this? (I did one-time setup)

You will need a web chat with Support Team. However, if your sim has been deactivated, then it may be that your number has also gone.
Did you use the service after topping up on 28/07/2025?
You say no notice was given - did you check Junk/Spam folder?

yes, due to lack of use. I topped up on 28/07/2025 and yesterday i saw that they paused my service (less than 180 days, no prior notice). I think they stopped my account since early December (I didn't received advertising mess since then but didn't realise) Now I top up account but no signal. How can I fix this?

I'm pretty sure that no notice given because i check mailbox many times a day (even spam folder) I didn't use the service after topping up because i'm outside the UK.
Can you please send me link to chat with Support Team (i'm able to chat with bot only and nothing resolved). My account on Smarty app still show my number 07xxxxxxxxx so my number hasn't gone.
