No replies and no service!
Hi
I joined Thursday its now Monday. I sent my pac code and activated my esim Thursday. Ive messaged multiple times and got zero replies! Ive still not had my number ported and cant make calls or use Internet but my monthly allowance has been charged! Its one thing being all digital and bots, its another ignoring people. I want this resolved today, or I leave tomorrow. I also want a telephone number i can call to discuss this, its not good enough.

Hello. No, i didnt get an email with a date, also, I cant use the phone to call people i have no service so your reply is not accurate.
I have however had a member of your team reply eventually and the delay is your end and connection may happen tomorrow. I am aware this is a customer forum, but when no one replies for 4 days on chat, and you have no phone number, i used what ever forum actually got someone to act.

Number transfers do not take place over weekends and you should've received an email giving expected date when you completed the request.
There is no number to call - you contact Smarty Support via web chat - that keeps down the costs of a call centre.
If you activated the sim, it has been allocated a random number pending the PAC transfer in - you can therefore use the phone although it will show recipients a number they may not recognise.
