No connection
I have transferred from bt to smarty. My old number has come across but I can't use my phone to call anyone. It says there is no network. Smarty are useless. No telephone to ring anyone and no help on the chat which takes forever. What a rubbish company.

Does your real number actually show in your Dashboard? When did you request the transfer? Have you tried turning off and then on again to try and force the sim to find the network...and have you allowed the phone to auto connect to network?
I've had some pretty dire experiences with BT's ADSL and FTTC Broadband. Although you could call for telephone support, I always seemed to be on hold forever, before being passed from pillar-to-post and back again.
What date was your number supposed to be switched from BT to SMARTY?
