No calls getting to my phone when at home
At home in East London, my phone (iPhone 16+) doesn't receive incoming calls. In fact, today it couldn't receive a message with a code to allow me to log in to make this post, and I had to get it emailed.
I appreciate there can be areas within a house that won't get a signal. It happened with EE, but this is almost EVERYWHERE in the house. However, I do get messages to say I have missed a call so there is some signal getting to the phone.
Having received a missed call message, I have to go outside to return a call, but after dialling I can't hear a ring tone. The people I am calling pick up the phone and can hear me but I have no idea they have done so. I have to restart the handset and usually all is then fine... until I go back into the house.
Any thoughts on what is going on? Is this a setting on my phone? Or a weak signal from Smarty. I am thinking the latter as one of my neighbours had similar issues, and left. In which case, I may have to leave as I can't keep missing work calls.

GaryRee_3578378 First thing to do is a Coverage Check for your home area to see roughly what signal, if any, you may get. The fact that your neighbour has problems may be a strong indicator that you are in a 'dead spot' for mobile signal.
Secondly, a Network Status check will show if there are any local mast issues.
Finally, if the phone works normally in other locations, then this also backs up the 'dead spot' theory.
Do you have home broadband - you could then permit wifi calling. If the phone cannot find a signal, it can connect via wifi.
