new phone, same number
Hello there. I accidentally smashed my smartphone last week, and have since invested in a humble Nokia. I ordered a replacement SIM, with the same number - but for some reason it won't connect!! I'm wondering whether the SIM is not compatible with this old brick phone... any suggestions? Please and thank you.

RyanBra_3639717 If the Nokia is not VoLTE compatible, then it won't work these days.

RyanBra_3639717 Unfortunately, even if they tell you that it is a modern model that is VoLTE compatible, there are sometimes issues with the actual VoLTE protocols used by networks and so it may still not work with Smarty.
