[Network Issues] Service Update - Resolved
We are aware that a small number of customers may be experiencing issues with our network this morning.
Our engineers are working hard to fix this as soon as possible.

Following yesterday’s network issue the majority of services have been fully restored. We are still observing around 1% of calls not placing correctly and our engineers are working to fully fix this. Data services are working normally. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Still down in Glasgow
The following advice was posted by a Smarty employee to a customer on Downdetector; it seems to have since e been removed.
If only we could ring him to complain.
Complete blackout, no service in Birmingham including WiFi Calling which has also failed
Hi no network here since this morning in East London.
Any idea what's causing this? It seems to be affecting different parts of the country.
Relying on wifi calling to make and receive calls.

Yeah severe lack of customer service here - sort it out Smarty! this is NOT effecting 3, only Smarty sims, its not a small number of customers - save the script and give us an ETA on a fix please I NEED MY PHONE!

I’m traveling from Newcastle to Berkshire there has been virtually Zero coverage!
It’s now 15.45hrs what is the update?I dont think its a small number, got 3 SIMs and all have no service
