Network issues Cardiff

Hi gang.

Family on Smarty in Cardiff, but mobile network appears to be down @ 12pm Sat 2nd Oct - can't make / receive calls or use mobile data but network checker says everything is fine. Can anyone give me an update as to whether there is an issue please?
