My plan has renewed today but I want to change it

Once your plan has renewed it is not possible to change it mid-month. You can speak to our webchat team and request a plan change for your next renewal date.

Jacquel_2041375 Need to wait until next month. Be sure to turn off auto renew and choose the next plan early enough.

Youcould try a web chat with Support Team today, but I would not hold out a lot of hope on this.
