Mr Andrew Rose
My wife is waiting for her number to transfer from her previous supplier, but has been told it won't happen until Tuesday. Can this be done earlier as she needs her phone because of her epilepsy. Thank you

Numbers don't transfer over the weekend unfortunately.
As she has an active sim, her phone will be working, albeit with a randomly allocated number that will change when the transfer completes. This means that she can make any necessary calls on her smarty sim. Presumably her old sim will also still be working until at least Monday.

AndrewR_2227012 Contact with Support Team is via web chat. Smarty do not offer telephone customer service - this keeps costs down.
