Microsoft Lumia 650
Microsoft Lumia 650. Unlocked, Smarty SIM recognised, but can't make incoming or out going calls. Is it a known problem that can be fixed, or is it not working because the phone is not compatible with VoLTE use?
I was just trying to set up a user friendly simple mobile for my elderly father

JasonCoo_267414 I've just put that into Google and the suggestion is that it is not compatible with VoLTE.
It does not appear in the list of phones that are not compatible

Have you checked through all the settings in case it needs to be enabled ?
