Mental Health issues

I have panic attacks and panic disorder. Could you please limit my numbers from scam calls, because unknown numbers develop my stress and worser my anxiety and panic conditions. I need to take my medications straight away if the call distresses me. Thank you.

    You can block unknown and/or spam calls depending on your phone. Look for settings like 'Block calls from unknown/unsaved numbers'. Your phone may also have Spam Protection or Filtering services. Many phones have different settings so I can't tell where they are or if they have these systems. You have to search for them using your phone's search bar, maybe check your phone app settings, or do a web search to help find the setting.
