Members in a group plan
I have set up a group plan with my 2 sons in it. How can they see on there own phones what data calls and texts are left??

If you set them up with the correct access, they should be able to log into their own accounts.
That doesn’t explain what my boys have to do on their phones to see the info
Assuming you are the group owner, it's up to you to give each member of the group permission(s) to view various parts of the account, such as their own balance, the right to ask for a PAC or STAC code etc.
Did this ever get resolved? I've just registered a new sim but I can't figure out how to register a second log in for viewing usage.
SiWi_1566024 If the sim is part of your group - and you are the group owner - then you can click on 'Go to My Dashboard" then click on the blue circle with your initials in the top right hand corner. You should then see all members of the group and can examine each one's details individually.
Yes, I can see that, but like the original post, I want my group member to use the app and monitor their own usage. I can't find anywhere where they register as a user and link it to their sim.
