Lost my phone number during PAC transfer
I lost my phone number during PAC transfer, I transfer from SMARTY to ThreeUK, I have contacted both companies and they told me that my number are not with them. what can i do ?

Chris_1887068 I totally agree with Chalkychap here. Presumably you asked Smarty for a PAC code and then used it to go through Three's process to get them to port the number over to their network.
Can you be certain that you did follow the correct procedure for both companies? If so, remind Three of their responsibility. (Is there any evidence that you can find on your Three account dashboard, or equivalent?)
