Loss of data
Whilst travelling through France and on to Spain, I had roaming and data. Upon arrival back into France I now am uble to use my data. I have good signal from the local cell site but it indicates that I have 4G r. This suggests that I am on a reduced data access list. Restarting does not resolve the problem. Any ideas?

A speed test via Ookla gives 4.6Mb, which on the whole is that not bad but my mobile network connection is still marked with an "R". Something I don't have whilst at home.
