Loss of connection during phone calls

During a phone conversation, we seem to lose connection for around 20 to 30 seconds so we are not able to hear each other then the connection comes back again, its very frustrating and its happening on each call. does anyone has the same issues, how can it be resolved?

    This happens to me too! It just started today, whenever I call anyone on Vodafone/O2. 

     

    Can't confirm any other networks

      If it's just started today, and only affects calls to O2 and Vodafone, it could be a network routing issue Brooker88.

      Have you reported your issue to the support team using web chat at https://smarty.co.uk/contact/?
      The team work from 8am - 8pm daily, and can take a look at your SMARTY account.

    Does this happen with every call or with one particular contact?

    Are both handsets in good order? Have you checked that the sim is clean?

    Just thinking of steps that may trace the fault. Hope you can sort it!
