Receiving an email from the Smarty Chat box people.....

Asking me to confirm my email address after the chat failed miserably which, in order to use, I had to enter my email address.

It's enough to make me run back to Giffgaff!

I had a subsequent NINE emails from chatbox people after I had told them (politely) to forget it.
