Just renewed problems
So just renewed and smarty has switched off the SIM ie no service,I knew this SIM was to good to be true,so takes my money and gives me nothing,can I get my money back?,and I'll go elsewhere as I was told to stay away from this service,never again and this Sims u gave me I'll throw into the bin.

There was a national outage for calls yesterday.
For a refund within your first 14 days, web chat with Smarty Support.

Sorry I'm angry as I have to pay all my bills online today,I don't have calls texts it's a WiFi unlimited SIM,I can't connect anywhere in Aberdeen and them SIM says no service emergency calls only,not getting 4g or 5g and there is no work being done where I live,are folk having problems to get online?

JamesFo_3382410 The outage affected calls, so this looks like something different if you have no data.
Did you do a network status check?
