iPhone sim problem
Hi
I have been given a new phone by my son, an iPhone 16promax. I have moved all my info over from older iPhone but when I put my sim in the new iPhone it wonβt find the network.
have tried my sons sim, it works fine so it seems to be current smarty sim that is causing the problem. Please help

NicolaC_2079062β First thing I would recommend is checking your Account Dashboard to make sure that it is showing an active sim and a current Smarty plan.
Are you definitely placing your sim in the phone the correct way round? It's possible to put them in incorrectly.
Does your sim work in your old phone/son's phone? If not, then you need to order a Replacement sim via your Account Dashboard and then activate it as per instructions once it arrives in the post.
(Alternatively, you could choose to go to go over to an esim and do away with physical sim - your iPhone will definitely support an esim)

yes have current account and yes been put in the correct way round. We tried all ways Lolol
