Impossible trying to get on Smarty
we are trying to use Smarty but find it impossible. No human contact is very off putting.
I have a pac number and clicked on 'send me a sim card'.
My husbands doesn't even seem to be registered and trying to register an account for himself is ridiculously hard and impossible.
If we continue when do we get informed of payment plan?
Its likely we will try another human friendly company so very clever Smarty, not.

RitaRey_3765772 There is the possibility of human contact, but it is via web chat and not on the phone. This keeps the costs down and explains why companies like smarty are cheaper than some others.
