I didn't get my SIM card
I want a refund for the last 16 weeks because I didn't get a SIM card through the post I'm not happy with the service what smarty is giving

GordonMc_421142 Unfortunately it is no good complaining here because we are customers like you.
You need to take this up with Smarty Support via web chat.
However, if you did not activate a SIM card because it did not arrive, how have you spent 16 weeks worth of money on Smarty plans to get a refund?
