I really need to get this resolved now I have asked for help trying to resolve this matter of not being able to ring out or send a text for 2 months now?! I can use my data and receive calls and texts I just cannot do the simple thing of what a phone is for and ring out or txt not even emergency number will ring, it just says you can my call cannot be connected?? Please help me out with this it’s gone on to long?

did you get this sorted im having the same issue! i think they do it on purpose, as i had a call from a customer service rep trying to upgrade me based on these issues, he made out like he was doing me a favour and lured me in and then told me if i pay this much il get a new handset blah blah blah i hung up on him and realised its a scam.
