Huwaei mobile wifi

I am trying to set my Huawei mobile wifi up with smarty sim card (which I have registered and activated) however, it comes up with registration failed, how do I conect it?

    Did you get yours to work?  I just got mine but having trouble getting it to work as well.

    Is your Huawei device network locked Marie_Tour?

    They're often network locked, so might not work with a SMARTY SIM card.

    Probably best having a web chat with Support team as they can access your account if necessary.

    Is this a phone? Are calls and texts working? does your dashboard show that you have data left on your plan?
