how the hell do you speak to someone?
smarty app logs me out every day ????

Stephen_2060776 You won 't be able to speak to someone directly. Networks such as Smarty manage to keep costs down by not having a telephone customer service offering.
People can find help in the Support articles or else by posting here, where quite often someone will be able to assist (as long as it is not an account issue - we cannot see those details)

Hello, I put £5.00 on the add-on as I am going overseas. Its now gone down to £2.00 and I havent even used it yet or overseas, why is it being used?
