How do I get a new sim if my phone has been stolen?
Is my sim going to be the same number I had, or am i going to have to get a new number? Do I save any money since I haven't used any data or texts in a week? Thanks!!
Madness_ Go to your Account Dashboard and Manage my Sim. You can order a specific replacement sim that will need activation following the instructions with it. You account may be suspended until you activate - security measure.
The new sim will simply continue with the same plan as far as I am aware.

Forgot to say - you can choose to block your account until you activate the replacement sim.
