Hoax calls
Hello,
I am a Group owner. One of my group members is getting consistent hoax calls from someone they know, but they are calling from a withheld number.
My question is, does Smarty allow for number changes?
Also, if I get them to report the matter to the police, would they be able to get the number from Smarty, (even though it's a private number)?
Any advice is appreciated.

LWat Your group member will certainly be able to request a number change - simply explain the issue to Smarty Support agents.
If the police deem an issue to be serious enough, then they can obtain various levels of information on telephone calls. The problem may be whether this constitutes a criminal offence at a level that the police will pursue to that degree; is this simply an annoying hoax, or does it have criminal intent?
